This is a combined class comprising Drama 9, Theatre Production 11 - 12, and Directing & Script Development 11-12. Students will collaborate across all areas to gain experience in different departments essential for producing a live performance.
Our focuses is on developing performing skills and techniques introduced in previous Drama performance classes, as well as introducing a variety of experiences behind the scenes. This may include: set design: construction and dressing, stage management, costumes and makeup, lighting and sound.
Students will also study theatre styles and history as well as reading and critiquing scripts.
